I spent a good portion of my quick Zoo trip today
with my nose glued to the window, watching the baby gorilla. I'd not
seen her for a long time and wow, she's grown! Her mother kept a very
close eye on her today - I'm not sure why.
Finally it's warm enough so Mum lets us come
out and play.
I wish she would realize that I'm a big girl
now! Let me go!
Okay, the food's fine, but I wanna get out
and play now!
I see my sister Calaya. She's climbing on
the trees, lucky girl.
Maybe I can sneak out for a while.
If I wiggle enough, she'll have to let me
go.
Nya nya, I did it! Free at last. I'm free
at last.
Hmmm, what's this? Better taste it and see.
Oooooh, look at all those people watching
me. I'm the Star of the Show!
Ho hum. Everyone else has gone in ('cept
Mum). Now there's nothing to do.
Guess I'll take a nap...
...and dream about having fun on the trees.
