On a sunny, cool day I (and a gazillion others) paid a visit to the Woodland Park Zoo. The animals weren't too impressed with the temperature, and many didn't care to show their faces. Here are some who did.
A tapir ran around his pen, no doubt trying to keep warm.

All of the orangutans were huddled inside their building.

The Lion-tailed Macaque actually rolled his eyes at me!

I finally got a picture of the new jaguar. He's soooo cute!

An elephant ate his lunch facing the sun.

The Snow Leopard huddled over his lunch, glaring at the spectators.

I loved this picture of a giraffe staring fixedly at his shadow.

A zebra and a gazelle also faced the sun, trying to catch some rays.

Two little Red-ruffed Lemurs were huddled in the trees.

A gorilla surveys his domain.

Ma and Pa lion bask on their heated rock. Bliss.
