A quick trip to the Zoo today yielded a blurred, distant picture of mother and baby gorilla rushing behind a bush. I hung around for a long time but that was it.
Although the weather had warmed up a tiny bit, a gale was blowing, and I believe that kept most of the animals inside. Such is winter at the Zoo.

Gorillas
'So who did ya vote for in yesterday's caucus?' 'I dunno - I can't write!'

Gorilla
Whoever said 'That's better than a sharp stick in the eye!' is full of baloney!

Golden Lion Tamarins
Sheesh, this is like being on display all day. Wait! We ARE on display all day.

Rhinoceros Iguana
Maybe if I am a bump on a log she'll go away and take that stupid flash with her!

She'll never find me, under the rock in the water, ha ha!
