We
turned east on the North Cascades Highway and followed the Skagit
River.
The water level was very high, and rushed along so quickly.

I
stopped to take a picture of the Gorge Dam.

We were so
happy that the road was open as far as Ross Lake lookout.
The water was much bluer today - it's usually a milky green color.
