February 21, 2011 Presidents' Day was cold and cloudy, however with the threat of three days of snow later this week I decided to walk through the Zoo this morning. Needless to say it was crowded. As I suspected, many of the animals decided to stay inside. Here are a few who came out to watch the crowds.

'Yikes! Get ready! here they come!' warns the Carousel's painted pony.

'Jumpin' Jiminy! Look at all those faces!'

'I'm outta here!'

Who me? Making noise? Nope, it wasn't me.

I'm not sayin' it's cold, but I think my fur has frozen.

Hey you! Don't stand so close to me. People will think we're weird.

Whooooo says it's cold? Not I!

And so it goes...
