I took an early walk, pleased to see that the trees were blooming nicely. I love watching the color creep into the landscape.

Lots of cherry trees were blossoming.

Bright forsythia made colorful spashes among the greenery.

Here and there I saw gorgeous white apple blossoms.

How nice to have this in front of your window.

These colorful cherry trees are just down the street from us.

Star magnolia blooms are silhouetted against a hopeful sky.

I am looking forward to seeing these lovely buds burst.

I learned that the names 'daffodil' and 'narcissus' are often interchangeable.
This one was called a narcissus.

Here's yet another variation.

I loved this display of tiny grape hyacinths.
