Wheeeeeeeeee - coming in for a landing.
Check out those hanging yellow legs.
They raced up and down the edge of the pond,
legs glowing in the sunshine.
Those very long beaks looked pretty lethal.
Poised for a strike, they always kept an eye on me too.
Sometimes they were virtually invisible,
except for the legs which were a giveaway.
