Woodland Park Zoo

A spur of the moment walk in the rain took me through the Zoo. It was a popular destination today as a Father's Day treat. Most of the animals had elected to stay warm and dry. I can't say I blame them.

     
   
     
Rumor has it...that within the past 5 days these two have successfully managed to mate. If so, perhaps there will be a small jaguar or two finding its way around the grotto in October.

Rumor has it...that Dad's in a very bad mood today. Did you see what he did to me when I tried to poke him with this tiny little branch? Sheesh! Doesn't he know it's Father's Day?
