We hung around Seattle today and one of our stops was the Zoo. Woohoo - I was lucky enough to see the three-month-old jaguar triplets (brother Kuwan and sisters Inka and Arizona born on March 22nd) at one of their first public viewings. The line-up was controlled and well back from the thick glass window. As I stood in line, I was able to glimpse these three charming babies playing around in the sunshine.

Many animals elected to stay in the shade or in their dens out of the heat. A pair of synchronized Ostriches won my vote as the most hilarious sighting of the day. Those of us watching these two unlikely dancers erupted into gales of laughter.

It was a short trip and as always, it did not disappoint.

Here is my first glimpse of the 3 jaguar cubs, venturing out into the bright sunshine.

Wow - look at all those humans waiting to see US! We must be special.

Wait - maybe that's our lunch.

I am having a staring contest with the little one down there.

Me, I think I'll just take a nap.

The babies were right next to the viewing window by the time my part of the line came to it.

Oh no! Is is Wrestling Time again? I don'tlike wrestling one little bit.

Maaaa! Help! He's doing that tickle thing again.

As I left, the third jaguar baby jumped into the pile away they went.

Meanwhile, out on the Savannah...'Uh oh - here comes trouble and there goes our peaceful morning. I bet those show-off ostriches try to give us their dance moves.'

I spy a captive audience. Let's give them our Old Softshoe routine.

'Oh give us that old soft shoe, I said the old soft shoe...
