Finally we got our clear and sunny day. It was so clear, in fact, that we found it very difficult to deal with the lighting conditions.

At any rate we headed off up North and visited three areas. Our first stop was Baker Lake Dam where we were treated to glorious views of our favorite Mount Baker and Mount Shuksan.

Then we continued up the Anderson-Watson Road to the trailhead for more views of those mountains and their ranges.

And finally we headed back down the mountain and up the other side to Schreiber Meadows where we hiked more than three miles in temperatures of 80°F. What a day!
