Once again I did my Tourist Routine at the Zoo, juggling my cameras to give the Little Guy a workout as well. It was a cool, sunny morning and not a lot of the animals had ventured outside yet. I suppose this is the shape of things to come, as the Winter season approaches.

The Red Panda was dozing in his usual spot, up high in the treetop.

A couple of Red-ruffed Lemurs darted around, jumping from tree to tree.

A pair of giraffes performed a stately, synchronized sway-dance in the sunshine.

Peek-a-boo, I see you!

Mama and Baby Tapir were out for a romp..

She kept a very close eye on him, and he didn't stray too far from her side.

For once the lions were sleeping far apart.

Psssst. Wanna know a secret?

For the thousandth time, NO, I am NOT the ostrich. I am the EMU! ;-)
