Wow, it's been over two months since I've been here. Actually it seems like forever. Today was cold but it was also sunny, and you don't want to waste a day of sunshine in winter in these parts. You never know when you'll see one again.

It appeared that not all the Zoo gang were as enthusiastic as I was. Many chose to stay in their heated abodes. Here are a few pictures of those who came out to say hello.

To swim or not to swim - that is the question.
Never mind your question. What the heck is this bright spot on my chest?

Duuuuuh, that's sunshine, dopey. Or have you forgotten what that's like?

Hurry up, person-with-the-shellfish. I'm tired of wearing 50 shades of gray.

Yes, we MUST eat our shellfish if we want to look like everyone else.

Wow, look at those two cuties down there in the water! Are you kissing one?

I just washed my hair and I do believe it has frozen like this.

Yes, I'm on land today. I think the pond is going to freeze over.

Sun and snacks. What more could a little guy want?

Well - maybe somebody to play with - that would be nice.

Would YOU like to play with me?

The Patas Monkey exhibit is again open.
I miss Kyle the 3-legged monkey and his partner Alexa.
He died in an accident in February and she died in April of cancer.
