12, 2014 As we were in the car, leaving for Seattle this morning I glanced at the woodlot at the end of our parking lot and saw a Pileated Woodpecker landing at the top of a tree. Oh boy, what a nice way to start the day. I hopped out of the car with my camera and got busy, taking tons of pictures. Here are five. I love this bird. |
