SATURDAY,
MAY 3, 2014 Today the Zoo celebrated the opening of a new temporary exhibit for Liz and Missy, two 14 year old female cheetahs from Wildlife Safari in Oregon. Providing a temporary home for 'the girls' here has created additional space for the breeding program at the Safari. [link] Also notable today was the sight of the 'baby' giraffe exploring the wide open Savannah. It was fun watching him investigate. |
