I've
spent some time watching Dave the new giraffe recently.
He fits right in, as if he's always been a member of the
gang. He and Misawa (the 'baby' giraffe who will be one
year old on August 6th) hit it off right away. Here are
some pictures of life on the Savanna.

Dave
can't find Misawa anywhere. 'Hey buddy, where are ya?'
'Just
runnin' with the bulls - ermmm Zebras! Back in a minute!'

Zebras were in high spirits. |
| Now
and then, they'd stop for a small wrestle. |
| Sometimes
they ran in ever-decreasing circles. |
'Hey,
look at my handstand!'
| 'Yikes
Dave, do you hear that noise?' Yes Misawa, it
sounds like thunder!' |

It
is, however, the Ostrich Kids, wanting to join the fun.

don't say anything but I'm a little bit scared of them.'
'Me too, me too!' |
