Canada Trip: 2009

May 23 - June 2, 2009
It was time for my annual trip to Canada to visit my family. It seemed like yesterday yet it seemed like forever since I'd seen them. As always, I had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute.

There seem to be very few pictures of my time with Ali. We were busy doing non-photo-op things, I guess. Most likely I was too busy talking to think of pulling out the ol' camera. I'll have to make up for that next year. Here we go...

Ali picked me up at Toronto airport and brought me to Burlington.


     
   
     
It was great to see David and Mac The Dog again (and Ali too, of course).
 

     
   
     
Mac is a lovely, gentle fellow.
     
   
     
There's a large green space behind their house with a nice walking path on it.
     
   
     
Dave built a garden for Ali. When I returned a week later, the plants had already grown a lot.
     
   
     
So long! See you in a week.
     
   
     
Next stop was Brian, Beth and Crue's home in Hamilton.
     
   
     
I had been able to keep up with them on Skype this year, so I wasn't surprised at how much Crue had grown.
 
 
     
   
     
The next day they took me to a wonderful Zoo near Niagara Falls.
