Saturday, March 13th threatened to be mostly sunny so we set off early, crossing from Edmonds to Kingston on the Kitsap Peninsula and driving north and west. We had a yen to see the North Coast, and maybe even the Pacific Ocean, so we headed across the Hood Canal bridge, to the Olympic Peninsula, through Sequim and Port Angeles and west to Neah Bay. The weather co-operated pretty well (it didn't rain!) and other than not having enough time and daylight to hike to the end of Cape Flattery, it was a perfect day.
