Saturday, November 22, 2003 was supposed to be sunny. It was not, but we headed for the hills anyway, to find snow. Snow's not so bad as long as you can choose when you want to play in it. We drove north and east, through Granite Falls and the Robe Valley, and along a portion of the Mountain Loop Road.
