February Lunch Of The Month

It was a gorgeous day, so Sharon and I opted for Charlies, on Shilshole Bay, followed by a walk along the pier, then a stroll at Golden Gardens Park. We were glad we had worn warm coats - the wind was chilly. We agreed that it had been great to be outside in the sunshine. Here are some links to where we went, and a few pictures of what we saw.

Odds And Ends

A very long-distance picture of harbor seals, lolling on a floating buoy and barking their heads off.

An invention by a local man who has made millions, keeping gulls and gull poo off the top of the marina poles.
Last but not least, the Olympics, seen across Shilshole Bay
