As the crowds poured in by the busloads, we decided to say good-bye.

Here's our lunch spot - the lookout at Diablo Lake. Hmmm. The water is still blue instead of green.

It's a peaceful and beautiful place to enjoy a meal.

And here we are in Marblemount, being greeted by soldiers!

Here and there the soldiers were assisted by townspeople.

They all looked as if they were enjoying themselves immensely.

A group of Confederate soldiers 'marched' along one side of the road.

Across the street, another group pushed a large cannon along.

Many of the uniforms were very detailed and well-cared for.

So as they marched off down the road, we headed the other way, back to Seattle. Guns and tulips. What a day!
