Fearless Tim likes the bridge. 
 

Next stop was Falls Creek, the site of my Lost Wedding Ring Caper, years ago.

June 14, 2003 'Ang, meanwhile, took the name "Falls Creek" very literally. She did a face plant, much to her embarassment, in front of other hikers who all gasped loudly.'

At Box Canyon we paused to take a picture of the lovely Mount Adams.
 

You may be able to see the narrow road we drove on, bisecting the picture. Mount Rainier looms.
 

Obviously there would be no reflections in Reflection Lake, our lunch spot of the day.

 
Two Gray Jays joined us for lunch. One swiped a whole corn tortilla off Tim's leg. This one likes granola bars.
 

Here's a first for us - a Red Fox caused a traffic jam as he tried to cross the roadway.
 

What a breathtaking view from one of the many lookouts along the way.
 

My picture cannot do justice to the giant, imposing Mount Rainier.
 

From Paradise there are some great views of the surrounding ranges, like the Sawtooth.
 

Dramatic clouds added to the beauty.
