| Our first stop was
the small old mining town of Index. Tim took me to a spot he'd found last
week - a lovely viewpoint where one could allegedly see Mount Index and
Mount Persis. 'Twas a tad on the cloudy side today. I smiled when I saw the nice little bench which overlooked this view. Here it is, with a closeup shot of the plaque. Truly an understatement, especially in this location.   |
