Suddenly I
realize that the tiny white patches of 'snow' on the hillside
are moving.

It's
Mountain Goats! Seven of them! Oh keep my feet from dancing! For
ten years I've been looking for them and this is a FIRST! Woohoo!
|

|
The
sun has come out a little bit. I can almost see Mount
Shuksan across Picture Lake.
|
|
|
The
lake is surrounded by many wildflowers, including these lovely berries.
|
|
|
There
were berries of several colors, in fact.
|
|
|
Tim
shared his granola bar with a few Gray Jays. They were very appreciative.
