A Common Merganser showed off for a while, dipping and diving.

On the other side of the Locks we watched a Heron harvest some nesting materials.

There were several beautiful Camellia bushes in full bloom in the Garden area.

Pink Camellias! Love 'em!.

The red ones were almost blinding on this gray day.

Jonquils danced in the slight breeze.

Brilliant daffodils grew in great clumps beside them.

I could smell the Hyacinths before I walked past them - gorgeous.

This is part of a large bush. I don't know what it is but it was stunning.

Star Magnolia blossoms seemed very fragile.

It's time to say good-bye to the blossoms and birds. It was lovely to see them all again.
