| Descending from Stevens Pass, we follow a sideroad to find Lake Wenatchee, for Tim thinks, from looking at a map, that Glacier Peak (one of the most inaccessible mountains in Washington) might be visible from the shores. This is the eastern end of Lake Wenatchee, and the yellow markers rope off a swimming area for the campers. HERE is a link to the Wenatchee State Park site. |
