| The ride back down the mountain was certainly not as frightening as the ride up, and we decided to continue to Hurricane Ridge. On the way up this road, we stopped to take a picture of the view towards the Strait of Juan De Fuca. You can see Dungeness Spit and we could also see the faint shadows of mountains on Vancouver Island in Canada, which are not visible in this picture. |
