| Next stop was the trail to the lookout on Red Mountain. We followed the Mountain Loop Highway to Barlow Pass and headed north towards Darrington, looking for Forest Service Road 49. We followed this road to the trailhead for Red Mountain Lookout which also had facilities for horses, and, apparently, llamas. |
