I have no idea who these people are or where this is. These pictures were in a small scrapbook kept by my grandmother Laura Espeland and they're probably cousins. I added the pictures because I thought it was neat to see how people used to go to the seaside - in "regular clothes". As was pointed out, perhaps they were glad of all the layers.
