Scattered through the Zoo were many lovely sculptures, all waiting to be climbed upon by kids of all ages. | ||
An elephant pays no notice to the crowds of folks who were gawking at it eating. | ||
Patiently, this giraffe stood and gnawed at something on the tree. I don't know what, because we couldn't see any leaves there. | ||
He was accompanied by a zebra, brilliant in the sunshine. | ||
Two massive hippos dove and sank in this pond of water. | ||
For such large animals, they were very quick indeed ! | ||
And a lion sits patiently in the sun, while her mate sleeps soundly in the long grass just out of range of the camera. |
