On the way home, we had several good glimpses of the gorgeous Mount Stuart.

We were also able to have quick looks at some of the mountains in the Alpine Lakes Wilderness area.

We took a very quick swing through the town of Roslyn on the way back to Seattle.

The buildings on one street seem to have been left just as they were in the TV show.

Imagine having this on the side of your house!

It was very striking!

I don't think Cicely's has seen a coat of paint for a very long time.

As we neared Snoqualmie Pass from the east side, we drove through an avalanche tunnel.

I don't expect this tunnel got much use this season!

And with one last look at the summit of the Pass, we headed downhill back to Seattle.

Despite the fact that the cranes had vamoosed, it was good to be out in the countryside once again.
