I waved at the Green Man, high above the Banana Republic building. |
The Easter Bunny was giving out treats near Westlake Center.
Despite lacking the shopping Gene I enjoy window displays. Cute, eh?
I thought the cat was charming.
| We ended with lunch
at Tim's favorite spot - Thai Treasures where they know him by name. A
table near the window overlooking the glass blowing area was open so we
were entertained while we ate. It was a most enjoyable few hours. |

| Saturday was the nicest day of the year so far. Off we went driving north to Baker Lake Road. Our first stop was Baker Lake Dam. Here's the nicest man by a dam site. |
It was great to see Mount Baker once again.
Mount Shuksan too was resplendent.
Our next stop was a hike around the Shadow of the Sentinels trail.
| Here we followed a boardwalk and a semi-paved pathway through groves of old growth trees. The woods were lovely, the quiet broken only by the cry of a Raven and songs of Sedge Wrens. |
