stop was a field of Crowned Cranes. My gosh, they were
funny looking birds. |

just washed my hair and I can't do a thing with it."
Their topknots gave new meaning to the word "flyaway". |

Next
it was off to the World Of Macaws. I really enjoyed this
area. At first I thought they were all caged, but a little
further along a number of them were sitting on open perches.
They were hilarious! |

Their
colors were gorgeous, even more so in the dull light of
the cloudy day. |

It's
amazing how expressive their faces are sometimes. This
fellow looked as if he wished we'd go away and leave him
alone. |
 |
And
this one was a riot! He would look at us, tilt his head
and say in a deepish voice "Hellll-ooooo". We
laughed every time he said it. |
